If your order has not arrived, your tracking link is not updating, or you have a question about delivery, please contact our team with your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.

We work with trusted delivery partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS and PostNL to ensure your order arrives safely and on time

Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch. For EU countries, delivery can take 3–5 working days, and for international orders, please allow 7–14 working days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our announcements and social media for updates!

Yes! We offer international shipping through our delivery partners DHL, FedEx, UPS and PostNL. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative delivery option.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress.

If you’re not home, the courier will either leave your parcel at a nearby pickup point, or attempt a second delivery on the next working day. You’ll receive a notification from the carrier with instructions.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you need further assistance, contact us at info@riconlas.nl we’ll be happy to help track your order.
