Before You Place an Order

Please make sure your billing and delivery details are correct before completing your purchase. Business customers should also enter their company name, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT identification number where applicable.

Business Customers

Approved business customers may pay on account. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices must be paid within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.

Browse the product catalogue, select the required products and quantities, and add them to your shopping cart. Review your order, enter your billing and delivery details, select an available delivery option and complete the payment process.

Payments are processed securely through Mollie B.V. Available methods include iDEAL, debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Belfius, EPS, Przelewy24, MB Way, Multibanco and Swish. The payment methods shown during checkout may vary depending on your country and order.

Payment on account is available only to approved business customers. Unless another payment term has been agreed in writing, invoices must be paid within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.

For consumers, displayed prices include applicable VAT and mandatory charges. For business customers, prices in business-specific areas may be shown excluding VAT and shipping costs. The applicable VAT and additional charges are shown during checkout and on the invoice.

A 0% VAT rate may apply to qualifying intra-Community supplies to verified business customers in another EU member state. The customer must provide a valid VAT identification number and the statutory conditions must be met.

After submitting the order, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been received, together with an order summary. Acceptance of the order is governed by our Terms & Conditions.

Where applicable, a digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address or made available through your customer account. The exact timing may depend on the order and payment method.

Payments are processed through Mollie B.V. Payment and checkout information is transmitted through encrypted connections using current SSL/TLS security standards. Riconlas B.V. does not store complete card numbers or online-banking credentials on its own website systems.
